Ethniq only ships to addresses within New Zealand and the prices shown are in New Zealand Dollar only.

Ethniq only accepts orders over $1000 i.e. order value must exceed $1000 without adding shipping charges.

Order arrival depends on the time of order placed, service of shipping service & destination.

Shipping costs and estimated delivery timeframes are based on the delivery address entered and Ethniq's shipping policies.
Additional Information:

For items in stock at the time of order, dispatch will be made within two working days of receipt of an order. For items not in stock at the time of order we will provide an expected dispatch date from our premises as soon as this information is available.

Please ensure that you supply us with your full and correct shipping address. A physical street address is required, and PO Box or Private Bag numbers are not acceptable. If you have any special delivery instructions, please advise when placing your order. We cannot accept responsibility for orders that go missing if the address details you have provided to us are incorrect. If you supply us with a false address, we will not ship the products. If you fail to supply a valid address after 7 days, we will cancel your order.

Orders received on a day which is not an ordinary working day (i.e., a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday) will be processed on the following working day.

All orders are given a tracking number so that we can identify where the orders are if there is a delay in receipt of goods.

We cannot guarantee a delivery time, but we will do everything we can to get your products to you in a timely fashion. Delivery may take up to 5 working days, depending on your location. Items may take longer to get to you during busy periods and public holidays.

Returns Policy

At Ethniq, we offer a transparent Returns Policy for all purchases made through our online store.

We offer a 3-day return window, giving you 3-days after receiving your order to request a return or a refund.
Upon Delivery of Products

Please inspect the quality and quantity of the products against the attached invoice within 3 days of receipt.

You have the right to a replacement or refund/return under the following conditions:

The product is faulty.

The product does not fit or matches the size you ordered.

The product does not match its description.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returns that are not due to damage or changes of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Cancelling Your Order

Upon receiving your order, we kindly request that you inspect it for defects, damage, or if you have received the wrong item. If any of these issues arise, please contact us immediately so that we can assess the situation and rectify it promptly.
Exchanges

If you want to ensure you receive the item you desire, the quickest method is to return the item you have. Once your return is approved, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will promptly notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, your original payment method will be automatically refunded within 10 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
